Bloesem’s baby is called BloesemKids. Also a blog founded by Irene Hoofs. BloesemKids' vision is to be is a truly delightful reference of abundant treats for kids. Design-conscious parents revel in the daily updates which include finds, crafting, cooking, stories from other Moms, fashion and occasional book reviews by Irene and other guest writers.

Founder and editor Irene Hoofs, a collector of all things beautiful, created Bloesem in December 2006. Leaving her hometown Amsterdam for the first time in 1997, Irene enjoyed roaming the globe for a couple of years making stop overs in London, New York and Toronto. A graphic designer, she sold her work through Barneys NY and Selfridges&co. Today she lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with her husband Rik and two sons, Lode and Kiet. From her home office overlooking a bamboo garden, she aspires to bring outside-the-mainstream daily finds to her readers. {ps. and YES it is me the baby in the b&w images on the left and yes I Tweet too}
Editor Tiffany King was born in Nairobi, Kenya and has spent most of her life moving, though recently she purchased her first home with her husband, and is discovering how lovely permanent housing can be. She started off her career with a background in Documentary Film (where she also met her husband) but ended up opening a children's store a year later. She has since sold her business, and has refocused her attention on web design, writing, PR work, and opening a sweet shoppe someday. Though her hope still lingers to magically turn into Julie Andrews, she is thrilled and honored to be joining the Bloesem team. Tiffany's Tweets and her Journal.

Having repressed her artistic tendencies and crafty obsessions for a decade under the role of investment analyst, she now combines her business know-how with her irrepressible desire to create with her hands. More importantly, Teri is designing a little life around creativity and her young children. Her blog, giddy giddy , journals her many handmade adventures!
Helen Bird is the creator of Curly Birds, a blog dedicated to crafts for children. Helen owns her own line of hand-sewn children’s accessories. Both her blog and brand are aptly named after her sweet, curly-haired twin girls.
