#464 Circus inspired Room
How was your Mother's Day? I had so much fun, we spend a beautiful day in Singapore, walking in the parks and along the riverside... it took me a bit longer to start this new week, but I hope you enjoy this post and get some inspiration for decorating your child's room ...
Kate Dixon is a great photo stylist in Kansas City and owner of Artistic Living Spaces. She recently finished an interior design project for the 41st Symphony Designer Showhouse Tour in Kansas City.... a Circus themed boy's room. What I especially like is the Rug on the floor which Kate made out of duckcloths and stitched them together to give the whole a patchwork effect. The cool pillows are by Sown and Jeff Shumway created the fun circus illustrations...all images are by Chad Jackson.
I ♥ love ♥ it! Beautiful put together and creatively composed elements. Love how it is anchored by lots of wooden, natural items yet screams of brights with colours and the big lighting fixture along the wall ceiling line.

I LOVE the style of that circus room! Although, my next thought as a mother: wouldn't just about any normal kid end up with a broken arm from that ferris wheel contraption?
