... it is something between a pair of trousers and a skirt and is called “bloomers" ... with dots or in plain, bold, cheerful, comfortable ... simply "bloomer"!
My girls love them and I also, as well as anything from the magical collection by the lovely and talented Valérie Chaptal and her label marie et rose alice. I feel a little bit of “soul mates“ with Valerie, perhaps because she also has 3 children, is also always busy and always spins around and, above all, because her collection fulfilled so much my dreams and desires: simple, light and a feeling of freedom ... just like a "bloomer".

I love bloomers! They are so easy to sew, and I'm eagerly awaiting our Australian summer so my youngest can get about in them everyday! She has a batch waiting, and none have elasticised waists as I'm waiting to see how fat her stomach gets!
