Ah this is a fun project!! make your own Twirly Toy. Teri from Giddy Giddy will tell you exactly how to do this right here... I remeber having a wooden twirly toy with a little parrot... have to aks my mom where it is as I remember how much fun my sister and I used to have with it.
This is a wonderful ideas. People who are this creative never cease to amaze me.
