My little girl is called Orla-Jean - which sounds like 'Aubergine' - and coincidentally our favorite color is purple! I see these getting tonnes of use, and purple would work for a subsequent boychild too :D

um, I just got through telling a friend that I have a problem. I just bought a pair of 1950s vintage (brand new in the box) oxford shoes on Etsy for my 3.5 year old daughter, Rowan, who already owns 16 pairs of shoes. HOWEVER, she really needs a pair of handcrafted canvas shoes from Jonah and the Girl in her closet, am I right? YES I AM. I think the denim pair would round out her shoe collection beautifully. :)

Oh so hard to choose, but I think I would go for purple for my daughter and khaki for my son, but then again there is peach and that burnt orange is stunning.... OK purple for my daughter it is ;-)
