Craft Project: Party Brooch

A simple idea to add to your party packs for guest on birthdays or even for this Christmas. I do love Véronique from Pichouline's idea of a balloon shaped brooch. Lovely black and white with a pop of neon yellow is definitely in trend now but don't stop there. Experiement with different shape, sizes and colors with this tutorial. Maybe a red balloon for this Christmas season?
