Cheesy as the title of this post is, we can totally picture children going loco for this brand (pun intended).
Ma locomotion offers a range of transportation inspired t-shirts for kids. We know how young boys love their cars and trains and what not, so we knew this would be a fun brand to host a giveaway with. Their vintage inspired clothing aren't just pretty to look at, Ma locomation also considered how kids love to rough and tumble and that their attire should be able to put up with that, so their t-shirts are made with very high quality cotton that is both comfy on the skin and resistant to damage in our duty machines. Plus, everyone can appreciate that they are ethical made.
So if you're reading this and thinking, "yea my child would love some of those tees", then that's awesome because this just happens to be one of those well-love giveaway posts!
What can you win : 3 t-shirts of your choice from Ma Locomotion
What you have to do:
Enter this giveaway in 2 simple steps
1) Like Ma Locomotion's facebook page
2) Tell us which T-shirt you would choose if you won the giveaway.

The common denominator for all these pieces within the Altelier San Souci 2014 collection is it's focus on children and the interaction with them. Handmade by carpenters and cabinetmakers, these 3 beautiful wooden furniture go by the names, ’Ofelia’’, ‘’Lola’’ and ‘’Mr Pea’’.
Both "Ofelia" and "Lola" are dollhouses, "Lola" a smaller version for children. Both dollhouses, with it's space within, allows for our imaginations to take over!
While ‘’Mr. Pea’’, with its layers of mattresses remind us of the Princess and the Pea. What a dream it would be to have that piece as a child.
This collection is almost as if pieces of furniture were plucked out of the fantasies of children stories and made in real life. Literally making children's dreams a reality.

Sometimes it's not about the extravagant gestures and over-the-top presents, but the little things that really tug at our heart strings. Veronique from Pichouline sent over this sweet little DIY project, a heart-shaped paper holder. Veronique gave us many ideas of what to use the Diy for, but we love the idea of putting it in a notebook most. You could secretly slip it into a loved ones planner at the start of the day, and we know it will just brighten up their whole day!

The day of chocolates and roses is fast approaching! But Valentine's Day is not just about exchanging gifts with your boyfriend or girlfriend, it's also about appreciating your loved ones and showing them you care. Even though adults do sometimes go all out on Valentine's Day, we know it's really the kiddos who truly enjoy all the heart shaped things, whether it's chocolates or plushies. So this Valentine's, we have this Spec-tacular DIY for you and your young ones to indulge in. And after, you guys can have a major selfie session in the cute glasses you just made. Khali from Little Lovely really did a great job on this one, how cute does her little one look!

So this is what we have been up to recently in the Bloesem Creative Space: Fixed to the desk tappity tapping away on the computer because we couldn't wait any longer to let in guys in on the latest Bloesem venture. Our new site, Bloesem.co!
Bloesem.co encompasses both our Bloesem Online Shop, as well as Bloesem Class.
Bloesem Class is a way for us to share our love for creating things and learning something new. We're all still children at heart, and it's never too old to learn! In March, along with the Maison & Objet fair happening in Singapore, we will be having our first 4 Bloesem Classes. Dutch designer Jurianne Matter will be coming down to Singapore and sharing about styling and making moodboards in 2 seperate classes, one for beginners and another for more advanced students. While Maybelle Imasa-Stukuls from America will be teaching calligraphy at the Bloesem Creative Space. (We hear she is bringing some personalized goodies for all the students!)
Book a Class!
While Bloesem Class is a good way for us to pick up new skills, we all have to relax sometime too and I don't know about you guys, but shopping can sometime do the trick. Head over to the Bloesem online shop which is also on Bloesem.co, and shop the collection of beautiful designs curated from both international and local designers. (More designs will be up soon.)
Another exciting addition to the Bloesem family. We are still in awe of how the bloesem blogs have progressed! 2014 is turning out to be a very interesting year. We hope you enjoy the site as much as we enjoy running it, have a look, tell us what you think.
