Project #160: Compliment boxes
Make your own compliment boxes by Anouk van der El from Make History
We are going on vacation ... and often this means travelling ... spending time on the road, airplane or bus ... to make sure our kids dont get bores my friend Anouk van der El has created 7 wonderful craft projects to keep our kids busy the coming weeks ... Entertainment time: 60 minutes +... today we start with number.
What you will need:
* colored sheets of paper,
* glue
* coloring markers
* colored strings
* scissors (remember that scissors are not allowed on planes so if you’re flying either fold well and tear in a straight line or precut)
Step 1. Pick two square coloured sheets of paper
Step 2. (Pre)cut one a tiny bit smaller
Step 3. Fold both sheets four times
Step 4. (Pre)cut at the 4 ends as shown
Step 5. Fold the cut ends in and glue them to the sides
Step 6. Decorate the box’ content
Step 7. Wrap with a small bow or string
Have fun & remember, you're a peach!
