Livia in Petit Bateau

One of my best friends, Marjolein, just gave birth to her first baby, a beautiful little girl and I had the honor of making the birth announcement for baby Livia ... love love love this name.

It had been quite some since  the last time I created/illustrated anything ... but I hope you like it?

Marjolein send me these lovely pictures of some of the petit bateau's her mama kept for her all that time. Marjolein and her sister wore them when they were just born.... can you believe the quality and the still beautiful looking prints. My boys still wear petit bateau ... I have always been, still am and will always be one of their biggest fans!
