Max's Room

It's not all princess and pink.. After seeing Violet's dreamy little space in our 3-part house tour, Emily of Cuckoo shows us how we can spruce up a boy's room next to make it look equally charming. Take it from her son, Max!

Against a simple colour scheme of cool blues against neutrals, he lets his prized possessions (look at his Star Wars toys!) take the spotlight. The proud collection sits neatly on his shelf, while the rest of his favourite toys lay in his nifty Play And Go bags, big enough to store his pool of train sets and tracks. So easy to scoop it all up after playtime! A clutter-free environment is always pleasing to the eye.. But the cheeky prints that adorn the walls has got to be one of our favourite parts!

Max's room makes me eager to beef up my boys' room too.. New year, new look right? Most of these items can be found in Emily's shop, Cuckoo, along Dempsey Hill. If you're looking for a last minute gift, we think the Play And Go bag is going to make a good one, for both Mums and kids!
