Inspired by the little kiddos in their lives, Eclectica Kiddo is a site where you can find fine art pieces with top quality and style. Run by Laura Liatis and Emily Mann, both whom have been very much involved in design and art, we understand their passion for it and how it has spilled over on to this lovely website.
The site offers a range of mediums on which the prints come in, canvas, panel or even paper, so you can choose which best suits your home or style. And the prints are fun and quirky and help pump up any room, especially a child's room! The use of colors and unique characters on the artworks are like little stories, you can almost come up with an entire story around each piece.
Which piece do you think your child would like best? I love the one with the cat and 2 people gazing at the moon. Doesn't it already seem like something out of a children's tale?
The lovely ladies over at Eclectica Kiddo are giving BloesemKids readers a 20% discount code.
Hop over to the site and choose your favorite piece, just remember put in the code BKIDS20 at checkout! (valid until 21 November 2013)
{1. feeding the ducks 2. mr. dog blue 3. transcontinental trip 4. Looking at the moon 5. in the deep}
A fun and very decorative way to teach your kids letters ... highlighting your child's name in the above wall canvas is such a great idea. I believe most kids do not start learning the letters with ABC but the letters from their own name ...
The 'Light Up Your Name' is available via Bright Star Kids ... one of BKids' most loyal and longest sponsors!
Although I am highlighting some other favorites in the image below: 1. wall decall sunshine 2. meal time 3. drink bottles 4. wall letters ... I have to remind you that Bright Star Kids is the perfect place online to order labels and name stickers ... perfect for a new school year.
This morning Lode asked if he could have some posters on his wall in his bedroom. So I asked what he would like while he was playing with these totem cars from kidsonroof. And then I thought why not hang them on the wall and use one of the A3 size papers I recently bought at our local craft shop. He liked my idea and he started glue-ing the cars to the paper. Ten minutes later his new poster was finished.
Thanks oma Siny for sending us the Totem Teknica traffic card!
Wish you all a very lovely weekend! ~irene xoxo

Online shop psikhouvanjou from the Netherlands commisioned Jessica Nielsen for an exclusive range of three posters, 'Lemonade', 'Octopus' and 'Flores'. Bright, happy and coolthat is how I would subscribe them.
Miss Octopus is my favorite ... but when seeing the Lemonade poster hanging in the 2 bedrooms below I totally understand the beauty of it. The green dinosaur in the picture below below is not yet an actual poster, I just saw a small image of it on Jessica her instagram the other day and am hoping she will turn this one into a poster too so I can buy it for my boys!
